Tuna & scallop ceviche, marinated tiger prawns, beetroot-cured salmon, Sydney Rock oysters, kimchi-marinated octopus and wakame seaweed, served with fresh seasonal fruit, condiments, sourdough and whipped butter.

Go all out with a hot seafood feast featuring whole lobster Mornay, grilled flathead, prawns & octopus skewers, crispy panko squid and black mussels in a white wine garlic cream sauce, served with garden salad, chips and condiments.
