🎤 Have a Crack Comedy Night
ANYONE CAN HAVE A CRACK!
Think you’ve got what it takes to make a room full of strangers laugh? Now’s your chance to grab the mic and have a crack!
Created by Scott Longmuir, Have a Crack Comedy Night is all about giving local people the chance to get up on stage and give stand-up comedy a go. You don’t need to be a professional comedian — in fact, that’s the whole point!
If you’re 18+ and live, work, study or regularly participate in social or community activities in the Sutherland Shire, you could be one of up to eight performers selected to take the stage.
Think you’ve got the material? Send your demo or expression of interest to Scott at scott.longmuir@bigpond.com and have your crack!
🏆 Great Prizes Up for Grabs
🥇 1st Place – $500 cash
🥈 2nd Place – $300 cash
🥉 3rd Place – $200 cash
Performers will have up to five minutes to impress our panel of three judges with their material, personality, stage presence and overall performance.
Prefer to Stay in the Audience?
Absolutely! You don't have to get up on stage to have a good time. Grab your mates, book your tickets and come along for a night of laughs, big personalities and plenty of unexpected moments.
Who knows? You might discover the next big comedy star — or at the very least, have a bloody good laugh!
